Your custom mahjong project starts with a good brief.
A colour reference, an audience and a few practical details can turn an open-ended idea into a clearer conversation.
You do not need a finished design to start a conversation about a custom mahjong collection. A clear brief helps everyone understand the direction before discussing the details.
Start with the people around the table
Is the collection for a shop, a club, an event or a gift? Describe your audience and the feeling you want to create. A seasonal collection and a permanent retail range may call for different colours, artwork and packaging.
Share a visual direction
Send a small selection of colour references, patterns or original artwork. Tell us which elements matter most: a tile-face illustration, the colour of the back, a layered edge or a subtle glitter effect. If you have a logo, include the original design file when available and confirm that you have permission to use the artwork.
Add the practical details
Include your estimated quantity, destination, preferred tile format and target delivery window. If you already know the required dimensions or complete tile list, share those too. These details give the quotation discussion a useful starting point.
Confirm before committing
Custom options, artwork, samples, packaging, minimum quantities and lead times need to be agreed for the specific project. Treat the first conversation as an opportunity to clarify the possibilities.
